Property and Admin Assistant

Carolina joined the team in February 2026. Carolina is very passionate about the raising the next generation of leaders and has served as the Youth Ministry Coordinator for 2 years. During this time she has helped shape weekly rhythms of the ministry, guiding volunteers with on-boarding, supporting her youth and leading her team. Carolina is committed to creating spaces for young people to grow in their confidence and in their faith. She does this while finding joy in building meaningful relationships and cultivating a warm, welcoming atmosphere wherever she serves.

Outside of work, Carolina studies Theology at university, where she loves exploring Scripture, spiritual formation and the history of the Church. She also writes a weekly devotional newsletter, a gentle space where she shares reflections on faith, hope and everyday rhythms with her readers.

In her free time, Carolina enjoys spending her time playing cosy games that reminds her of her childhood.

Carolina supports the operations manager and finance administrator, alongside filing paperwork, organising property visits, keeping the website up to date, and taking a lead on designing, writing, and posting on Mission Housing’s social media platforms, among other things.
