Since joining Pathway, Ashley and Anneliese have overseen significant growth across the ministry. They expanded the staff team by appointing four part-time Area Workers across Enfield and Haringey, and introduced Christmas and Easter Experience Programmes, now operating across 12 locations and reaching 60 schools and more than 3,000 children.

They have also developed new partnerships with local churches and supported major events including the Together for Mission Festival and Pentecost Festival. Lunchtime and after-school clubs have grown from five to 13, while assemblies now reach more than 10,000 children annually across over 40 schools.

In 2024, they opened the Pathway Resource Centre and continued to invest in staff development, theological training and volunteer growth.

This property has been owned by Mission Housing and Ashley & Anneliese for 5 years – it was made possible when churches, organisations and individuals lent money to enable the purchase. By December 2026, £80,000 worth of loans needs to be repaid, so additional lenders need to be found.
