Sam and Jen
FUNDING OPPORTUNITY - SOUTH EAST
“We are very much enjoying having Sam and Jen settle in with us. It would be excellent if they could secure a home at the heart of the neighbourhood in order that, God-willing, they can continue to be immersed in ministry to both the local and student communities.”
~ Rev. Al Horn
Could you provide a loan or donate to a deposit fund for Sam, Jen and their family so they can put down roots in the South East as they seek to serve their Church family and the local community?
Sam and Jen believe that being present in the local area is vital to be accessible to the thousands of students who live in the South East. Their hope and calling, is to see students won for Jesus, built up secure in Him, and equipped to serve Him by being equipped for joyful and capable ongoing gospel ministry.
Already, under God’s sovereign hand, there has been an impact: with several students going on into ministry training roles as well as others in the church training for future word ministry.
Their heart is not just for today, but for lasting impact across generations. you are not only supporting a family home—you are enabling mission work, community care, and supporting long-term transformation to flourish right in the heart of Headington.
Both Sam and Jen are deeply committed to serving God in the South East and need to find a permanent home. Living in the area served by the Church and near to the local university will enable them to be strategically placed to reach and build up those who need to receive, be established in, and equipped to go with the gospel.
A home suitable for Sam and Jen will cost around of £650,000 – which is more than they can afford. That’s why they are working in partnership with Mission Housing – a Christian charity that enables key Christian workers to afford accommodation.
Could you provide a loan to enable Sam and Jen to permanently move into the community they love to live and work in?
