High property prices can prevent key Christian workers from living in the communities they are seeking to serve. We have developed a shared ownership model to enable a purchase.

Through our shared ownership model we help those salaried by or working for churches and Christian organisations to buy a home. We also help Christian organisations and churches to buy property for their staff. Mission Housing does not have funding or capital available - the full cost of the purchase must be met by a funding campaign run by accepted applicants, we simply provide the legal structure and housing expertise for this to take place..
